Action Step

  • Find a consistent time you can get outside each day (or at least 5 days during the week).
  • Find 1-2, 30 minutes slots where you can do a fun activity. One of these will be your weekly nature activity that I will email to you.
  • Find 1 time during the week where you have an hour or two to go for a hike or some other activity that involves a nature destination besides your home.
